  • What is the capacity of guests for the venue?
    The maximum seated capacity of the venue is 130. A comfortable number is 100-110.


  • What are the cost of wines and beers?
    Bar prices are typically $25 per bottle for Oyster Bay and $5 for a handle of beer.
    Premium beers are $6.
    Prices are subject to change at any time and also are dependent on the brands requested.


  • The pictures showed table cloths and table settings. Do you have a price list for the hireage of that equipment?
    No price list, we simply hire the cloths and settings and pass the cost on with no margin.


  • Is there a sound system available?
    We have a public address speaker system, but it is not suitable for music. Most parties bring their own sound system. Live bands are permitted.


  • What does the venue hireage fee include?
    The use of the venue, our standard table and chairs, and reasonable cleaning.


  • What is the pricing for the sample menu you display on the web site?
    You should budget around $60-$70pp.


  • What time does the liquor licence extend to?
    The bar closes at 12.00am midnight and the premises must be vacated by 12.30am.


  • Would we be able to have access to the venue earlier in the day to set up and if so what time?
    The clubrooms are available from 5.30pm, but access before that time is possible dependent on the activity in the clubrooms that day. Generally, a lot of the decorating and set up can be done on Friday and Saturday by our set up team, depending on what is required, provided it does not interfere with members priority access to the clubrooms.


  • Can you provide a transport service from the venue to local motels?
    There is a local taxi service. The club does not have a van service.


  • What about the use of confetti?
    Sorry. No fireworks, confetti, sand or any such like, inside or outside the premises.


  • What happens if I cancel after I have paid a deposit?
    To secure your booking, you must pay a deposit (currently $750). If you subsequently cancel more than 30 days from the date of your event, you get a 50% refund. Cancellations within 30 days of the event will result in 100% loss of deposit.
